We believe in doing business the right way. That means complying with all local laws and regulations, but it also means behaving in a way that’s fair and appropriate. We hold all of our employees to a high standard of behaviour.
Kynaxis has a program for employees and third parties – called Kynaxis Alert – which enables employees, suppliers, customers and other third parties to report breaches of Business Standards.

Ensure that all executives and employees of Kynaxis conduct their business activities with a high level of compliance awareness and that through these activities Kynaxis fulfils its social responsibilities and earns the trust of its stakeholders.
Our Company Goals
Further disseminate the compliance-related parts of the Kynaxis Code of Conduct throughout the entire organization, roll out the Compliance Program to all of Kynaxis, thereby establish a high level of compliance awareness throughout the organization, with the management taking the lead in fostering a corporate culture where no employee tolerates wrongdoing (Zero Tolerance).

- Conflicts of interest, insider trading, or any unfair business practice
